Arsenal fans will once again be concerned after star forward Bukayo Saka limped off the pitch in the second half during the victory over Bournemouth. It's the second time in a week that the winger has become an injury concern, sustaining a knock against Tottenham six days prior.
It's something of a running theme for the Gunners that Saka has been a key player for not only his quality, but his availability since coming through the ranks. The 22-year-old has missed just two league games through injury in his short career so far, despite the minutes he has racked up.
While that is impressive, it's something that can't be expected to continue if he is regularly played and on the end of crunching challenges. There has been a reluctance to shuffle the right flank options over recent years, with Reiss Nelson the only back-up available there right now.
The winger was snubbed in favour of Saka once again against the Cherries, despite there being some doubt over whether he would be fully fit. If there is another injury concern for the England international, questions will be asked about the options available to Mikel Arteta on the right.
If Nelson is not the solution, then it could mean that Arsenal dip into the transfer market to bolster their forward line when it opens once again. One of those linked with a switch is Wolves and Portugal talisman Pedro Neto, who has become an increasingly important presence at Molineux.
