Mudryk hint
Mauricio Pochettino has hinted that Mykhailo Mudryk could be set for a prolonged run in the Chelsea team if he takes on board three demands from his manager.
During the first half against Bournemouth, the 22-year-old combined extremely well with Nicolas Jackson only for the latter's effort to glance the post, and he also played a superb line-breaking pass into Conor Gallagher that saw the captain for the day have a close-range shot saved by Neto.
On another day, Mudryk picks up two assists, but ultimately the finishing from his team-mates let him down before he was replaced by Cole Palmer just beyond the hour mark. When asked about Mudryk's display, Pochettino's answer was brief but it seemed to hint that more chances will come his way, if he meets a number of key requests.

Lavia alternative
Chelsea star Romeo Lavia suffered a new injury last week which will result in him having to wait even longer for his debut. Following international duty, Moises Caicedo returned with a slight knock that forced him to miss the game against Bournemouth, adding to Chelsea's injury concerns.
As a result, a very young bench was named by Pochettino with summer signing Lesley Ugochukwu handed a start from the off. Alongside Enzo Fernandez and Conor Gallagher in midfield, the French midfielder did not look out of place and he proved in his 90-minute display that Pochettino can trust him in future fixtures.
