Chelsea are reportedly preparing a double swoop for both Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen as Mauricio Pochettino looks to improve his misfiring forward line.
With the former Spurs boss occupying his place in the dugout Chelsea once again spent big under Todd Boehly, bringing in nine new arrivals this summer.
With former club-record signing Romelu Lukaku again allowed to leave on loan despite a strong season in Serie A the Blues brought in the likes of Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku to lead the line this season.

According to a report from The Guardian, both Toney and Osimhen have been named on Pochettino's wish list, with the manager insistent on playing a larger role in transfer policy during his second transfer window at the club.
'The good thing is the relationship and communication is very good with the sporting directors and owners,' Pochettino said.
'When the transfer window was closed I said I need to be more involved now in all the decisions. I have started to work to identify what we need for January.'
