Erling Haaland was absolutely set on taking home match-winner Alexander Isak's shirt after Manchester City crashed out of the Carabao Cup.
Newcastle destroyed any of hopes of City completing a quadruple this season as they knocked them out with a 1-0 win thanks to a well-placed winner from Isak.
Haaland was forced to watch the defeat from the substitutes' bench but he was quick to approach Newcastle's match-winner after the game.
And after handing Isak his own Manchester City shirt, he asked the Swede for a swap.
Fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to express their shock.
One wrote: «Erling Haaland absolutely desperate for Isak’s shirt. The boy with the world at his feet.»
Another wrote: «Haaland asking for Isak's shirt. Even he knows who the GOAT is.»
And one fan quipped: «One's a Premier League legend, the other is Haaland.»
Haaland had an impressive first season with Manchester City, setting a new record for the highest number of goals scored by a player in a Premier League season.
He helped Manchester City to an historic treble — a feat which they had hoped to better this year by adding the Carabao Cup to the collection.
