Manchester United have been handed a double fitness boost ahead of their Champions League clash with Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
The Red Devils have lost three of their first five league games this season, with Erik ten Hag having his squad significantly depleted by injuries in recent weeks.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka became the latest player to pick up an issue in United's 3-1 defeat against Brighton on Saturday, with the club later confirming he will be out for 'several weeks' due to a hamstring problem.
Wan-Bissaka has joined fellow full backs Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia on the sidelines, while Antony is currently unavailable after taking a leave of absence following abuse allegations made against him by multiple women.
Jadon Sancho has also been ostracised from the first team after refusing to apologise to Ten Hag for his social media post where he criticised the United manager for making him a 'scapegoat' at Old Trafford.
But Ten Hag has finally received some good news, with first team regulars Mason Mount and Raphael Varane returning to training on Tuesday.
The pair trained alongside their teammates at Carrington for the team's final session before they travel to Munich to take on the Bundesliga champions tomorrow.
They could be in contention to play in that game, with Ten Hag expected to confirm their availability in his press conference later.
Mount started United's first two games of the season following his £60m summer move from Chelsea, but picked up a hamstring injury that has ruled him out of their last three matches.
Varane was in the starting XI for each of the Red Devils' first three fixtures, but was replaced at half time in their 3-2 win against Nottingham Forest last month and has not played since.
