Greggs opens new store in Wallasey

Greggs has opened a new shop in Wallasey.

On Saturday, the baked goods and pastry titan launched a new location at Marine Point, bringing 12 new jobs to the area.

The Wallasey shop opens with the brand's signature look and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, welcoming customers Monday - Saturday from 7am - 7pm, and Sunday from 9am - 5pm.

The location also includes a Nuttall unit so customers can purchase some of Greggs' hot items such as southern fried chicken goujons and potato wedges.

Shop manager Jenny Till said: “We can’t wait to welcome both Greggs fans and new customers to our brand-new shop. We’ve got an amazing range of tasty bakes, hot drinks, sweet treats and savouries available for takeaway or click + Collect.”

The shop also stocks freshly prepared Greggs favourites, including customer favourites like the pumpkin spice latte and new autumn hot drink offerings such as the hazelnut mocha and the hazelnut hot chocolate.
