Everton are searching for their first Premier League win of the season and welcome Arsenal to Goodison Park on Sunday amid an impending takeover from 777 Partners.
A deal was agreed between 777 and Farhad Moshiri to buy his 94.1% shareholding in Everton on Friday, with the transaction expected completed in the coming months, subject to regulatory approval.

What 777 Partners must now do to complete Everton takeover
Here’s what they had to say:
QUESTION: Are you confident ahead of your team’s fixture this weekend?
Sam: I’m not confident because of our record at Goodison, but I still think Arsenal will win.
Corben: Very confident with the momentum we have.
Q: What are your score predictions for the game?
Sam: I’m going to go with 3-1 to the Gunners.
Corben: 2-0 to Arsenal.
Q: Who should Everton be worried about ahead of the game?
Sam: Saka and Ødegaard are the obvious threats but I think if he starts, Gabriel Jesus could be the key. He loves these type of games with his back to goal.
Corben: Odegaard as he is a threat in any situation.
Q: Who do you identify as our danger man that will cause you the most concern?
Sam: Beto scares me. We struggled in moments to deal with Hojlund against United and Beto is another level of physicality. He’s definitely the danger man.
Q: What do you make of Everton's start to the season?
Sam: Not great.
