Brisbane Roar have completed the signing of Shae Cahill from Everton - the son of former Goodison Park hero Tim Cahill.
The A-League outfit have signed the 18-year-old on a multi-year contract, bringing an end to his four-year stint with the Blues.
Cahill, who is eligible to represent England, Australia and the United States, joined Everton at the age of 14 and progressed to the club's under-18s set-up, where he notched three assists in the Premier League North last campaign last season.
Speaking of Cahill's arrival, Brisbane Roar CEO Kaz Patafta said: “We are pleased to announce the signing of Shae Cahill from Everton’s world-class academy to the Brisbane Roar.

Cahill's father, Tim, enjoyed a glittering eight-year stay at Goodison Park after joining from Millwall in 2004.
