Tottenham face their biggest test under Ange Postecoglou so far as they prepare for a North London Derby against Arsenal. Spurs have picked up 13 points out of a possible 15 in Premier League action, but their unbeaten record will be put to the test significantly by the Gunners, who are yet to taste defeat this season in all competitions.
Sunday's clash at Emirates Stadium will be the first derby in eight years without Spurs striker Harry Kane following his late summer transfer to Bayern Munich. The England captain terrorised Arsenal in the fixture with 14 goals to his name against Spurs' bitter rivals.
However, with his exit confirmed days before the beginning of the Premier League season, Postecoglou has been forced to try and replace a club legend on very short notice. That mission kicked off against Brentford with Richarlison at the tip of the attack, but a number of disappointing displays and a slight injury saw Son-Heung min given the nod in the central role against Burnley.
The South Korea international responded by scoring a hat-trick with many then calling for the new club captain to remain in that position. Against Sheffield United, after the international break, the front three stayed the same with Dejan Kulusevski and Manor Solomon flanking Son, with Richarlison on the bench.
However, with Spurs a goal down, Richarlison was introduced in the final moments to help Spurs complete a miraculous turnaround which saw him grab a goal and an assist. Given their impressive displays, the midfield, defence and goalkeeper practically pick themselves, although it is in attack where the questions arise.
