Dominik Szoboszlai has revealed the key message Jurgen Klopp gave to his Liverpool players that prompted their remarkable turnaround at Wolves.
The Reds delivered an alarming performance during the first half at Molineux on Saturday afternoon that saw them fortunate to trail by only Hwang Hee-chan's early opener at the interval.
However, Klopp's side were hugely improved in the second half with strikes from Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah added to by a late Hugo Bueno own goal to earn a well-deserved 3-1 triumph and extend their unbeaten run to 16 games.
And while Liverpool were aided by a change in formation and personnel during the second half, Szoboszlai - one of many players to improve massively as the game progressed - has explained what the Reds boss wanted more than anything from his team.

"The key was that we didn't give up," said the midfielder. "At half-time, the manager talked to us about the passion we need in the second half and the work we have to put into the game. We switched the formation and everybody did their job and we turned the game."
The change in approach saw Szoboszlai drop from the right of the midfield three into a deeper central midfield position alongside Curtis Jones, and he said: "If I have to play there then I'm playing there. I have to concentrate and focus a little more on the defensive way but still I was up there trying to help the team, trying to shoot - that didn't happen, but next time!
