Former captain Roy Keane described Alejandro Garnacho's Goal of the Season contender for Manchester United against Everton on Sunday afternoon as being 'absolutely amazing'.
The Argentine, who was making his third successive Premier League start, silenced Goodison Park inside just three minutes, firing home an exquisite overhead kick. Moving away from goal, Garnacho connected sweetly with Diogo Dalot's cross from the right and powered an emphatic effort into the top corner, leaving Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford with absolutely no chance.
Drawing comparisons with Wayne Rooney's famous effort against Manchester City in February 2011, it was one of the greatest Premier League goals of all time. Garnacho is unlikely to ever score a better goal in his career.

Even Keane, who can often be critical of players and has a reputation for being a tough man to please, was stunned by the quality of the 19-year-old's strike, waxing lyrical about every aspect of it.
[It was] absolutely amazing," Keane told Sky Sports at half-time. "Really good movement and a great ball in.
"When he does it, the contact, the skill level. As soon as it left his foot [it was going in]. Brilliant goal. I'm usually critical of goalkeepers, but I'll let him off!"
Garnacho, who was left out of the Argentina squad over the recent international break, had not previously scored in the Premier League since scoring a late goal against Wolves at Old Trafford on May 13. His only goal so far this season had come against Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup.Read on manchestereveningnews.co.uk
