Autumn is in full swing and there's nothing better to do than go for a scenic walk to pass the time.
The National Trust has lots of beautiful locations that are perfect for an Autumnal stroll, but you often have to pay for the privilege. However there are now free passes available, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery for free from today, September 19.
The autumn pass is valid for a visit between September 19 and October 20 2023.

This single-use pass allows free entry for two adults and up to three children, one adult and up to four children, or two adults on their own.
When pre-booking online, select the free member’s ticket option and use the code ESCAPEINTOAUTUMN2023 when asked for your membership number.
Many of the venues are busier at certain times, on certain days, with weekdays being quieter than weekends. Peak times to visit are late morning or early afternoon.
Certain National Trust places may require booking in advance to attend. It's important to check the webpage of the place you want to visit to clarify this.
Everyone is welcome to use the pass, whether that be one person or a family. The pass holds two adults maximum, so if three adults want to visit, for example, two passes will need to be downloaded.
