Alves' first words after his release from prison: "Wherever I go, I survive"
Life has changed for Dani Alves after his time in prison, accused of raping a girl in a Barcelona nightclub. Now on parole, the former Brazilian player gave his first interview after his time in prison to 'El Periodico de Cataluna'.
"It's what I have to do. Every Friday I go to court and that's it. I don't have much else to do", he said. Despite this, Alves did not want to talk about his case: "The game I have to play is in court".
But he did talk about his life in prison: "Wherever I go, I survive. I adapt to everything because for me it is not the place that makes the person, but the person that makes the place".
Moreover, the former player affirms that he is "calm and well".
