Turner's Cross will re-open for business next Wednesday May 1, just over three weeks after it was forced to close.
The Munster Football Association (M.F.A) announced at the beginning of the month that the stadium will be closed for an indefinite period of time due to the condition of the pitch.
The playing surface at the home of football in Cork suffered severe damage during Cork City's 3-0 victory over local rivals Cobh Ramblers due to the horrendous weather on Leeside.
As a result, Cork City's Men's and Women's teams were forced to have the venues of their respective league fixtures reversed during that time.
But on Tuesday afternoon, the M.F.A announced that the Cross will host the upcoming Munster Youth Cup final between Carrigaline United and College Corinthians next Wednesday night, May 1 at 7.30pm and it is understood this will be the first game played on the refurbished surface.
City's upcoming fixtures in the League of Ireland First Division sees them travel to Finn Harps and Kerry before they finally return home on Monday May 6 against Wexford after a run of four away trips in a row.
City will return to the Cross before then though for their Women's Premier Division clash against Treaty United on Saturday May 4, which will be broadcast live on TG4 with kick-off set for 7.35pm.
