FIFA's devastating report against Rubiales
El Mundo had access to the document on which FIFA relied to suspend the RFEF president
The FIFA Disciplinary Committee, through a report created based on what happened during the Women's World Cup final, maintains that Luis Rubiales has created an «irreparable damage to the world of football». In addition, the highest football body points out that the former president of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) «has very considerably damaged the image, reputation and integrity of football».
El Mundo has had access to this document, used to suspend the former president of the RFEF from his position as president of the RFEF.
