Genshin Impact 4.7 drip marketing reveals Clorinde, Sethos, and Sigewinne

Genshin Impact drip marketing reveals three new characters for an upcoming update. HoYoverse is known for showcasing new characters for the future, a day before the launch of a new patch. Hence, with v4.6 less than a day away, the community got official confirmation of characters they can expect to arrive in v4.7.

The characters in question here include Clorinde, Sethos, and Sigewinne. Two of these characters, Clorinde and Sigewinne, are very familiar to everyone due to their involvement in Fontaine's main story.

However, Sethos might be a stranger to some. Since he was already revealed via the recent livestream, it can be assumed that everyone got a small drip marketing before the official one.

Since the Fontaine's official patch release, Clorinde has been one of the fan-favorite characters. Since she was featured as one of the vital points in the main story since 1.0, her playable kit launch has been a long time coming. After almost nine months, the fans of the character are getting her in the Gacha.

The official confirmation of Clorinde's playable version came from the game's official accounts across multiple social media platforms.

Clorinde will be a 5-star character, wielding a Sword and the Electro element.

Sigewinne is in a similar boat as Clorinde, where she has been around for quite some time now. Sigewinne was first shown in a Fontaine teaser before the nation launch, followed by her in-game appearance in version 4.1. Hence, much like Clorinde, many were waiting patiently for Sigewinne to become playable.

Sigewinne will be a 5-star character, wielding the Hydro element.
