Whether ranked or unranked, players can use the voice chat in Overwatch 2 to better communicate with their teammates. In-game voice chat is achieved by joining team groups but the process to do so can be a tad cumbersome to grasp at first.

Before players dive into voice chat in Overwatch 2, they must sort out their voice settings first. This is done by going to Options under the Menu, then the Sound tab under which the Voice Chat section lies.
