‘I swear this bloke’s on a wind-up now’, say fans as Erik ten Hag makes bold Man Utd admission after Burnley draw

FANS wonder if Erik ten Hag is "on a wind-up" after an astonishing boast following Manchester United's 1-1 home draw with Burnley.

Red Devils' keeper Andre Onana blundered to concede Zeki Amdouni's late penalty equaliser after a sharp opener from Antony.

But many observers reckon United's display was as toothless as so often this season, leaving them 12 points adrift of the top four.

United's new technical director Jason Wilcox watched on as United toiled.

And Red Devils' supporters were particularly upset to see Kobbie Mainoo hauled off after 65 minutes.

The draw left United sixth, still with a goal difference of just plus-one.
