A former Premier League wag has revealed the moment her perfect life of luxury came crashing down.
Suzi Walker was married to Ian Walker the former goalkeeper for Tottenham Hotspur and England, for twelve years.
She described her life as a 'WAG fairytale', with her enjoying the 'finest of everything' while watching her husband compete with England in Euro 96.
Suzie enjoyed all the trappings that come with dating a Premier League star - a life of celebrity pals, mansions and glamorous holidays.
She even recalled buying Cartier diamond-encrusted watches, worth 'thousands and thousands of pounds,' and said she and her pals would shop for lavish Gucci and Prada products and would regularly drink expensive Cristal champagne.
But, there was a 'lonely reality' to life married to a top footballer.
In a candid interview with The Sun, Suzi revealed the dark side of being a wag, and opened up about the pair's divorce in 2008 following the footballer's affair in Las Vegas.
She said: 'I'd regularly have to watch women flirting with him right in front of me. It was as if I didn't exist.
'Knowing he was facing temptation at every turn made me constantly paranoid and suspicious.'
In 2008, the pair's marriage fell apart when the 'toxic' nature of their relationship eventually took a turn for the worse and Suzi was left with a broken heart.
Ian had met and slept with a woman during a week-long boys' trip to Las Vegas - but it wasn't the footballer who admitted his infidelity to his wife, it was the 'other' woman.
