Arsenal's preparations for the pre-season friendly against MLS All-Stars are now complete. Mikel Arteta will be hoping to secure a positive result against the American-based players in front of a sell-out crowd at Audi Field in Washington D.C.
Arteta is keen to give players as many minutes as possible and believes the match will be a good test for his side. "It’s very early in pre-season, we know that," the Spaniard said on Tuesday evening. "The teams that we play in the next few days are very different. Tomorrow is going to be a challenge. The heat will play a part as well, but we have to get used to it to win and play the way we want to play under any circumstances. It’s a great test for us."

During the session on Tuesday, Josh Kroenke, son of Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke, was spotted speaking to a number of players. The Arsenal director could be seen smiling while speaking to new signings Rice and Timber, while Bukayo Saka was another seen in conversation with the American.
Josh is a US resident and his presence around the Arsenal squad has become a regular occurrence in recent years, with the 43-year-old sharing a close relationship with Arteta.
