Young Lanarkshire footballers are set for a very sweet season after a leading confectionery firm became their new sponsor.
The Milan FC team in Coatbridge will have Lees of Scotland's logo on their strips as they aim for pitch-perfect performances.
Lees of Scotland made the very sporting move to "show its support for the community".

Milan FC has received sponsorship for their kits, training kits and towards entering this year's competitions.
Lees is "delighted" to back the 2017 team as they begin their football journey in the Lanarkshire league, where they play at Ravenscraig every Sunday.
Shirley Simson, Lees of Scotland operations director, told Lanarkshire Live: “Football brings people together, and so do our sweat treats, so it was the perfect fit.
“It’s an opportunity for us to support a worthy cause and a great way for the business to build relationships across the community.
“We wish the team well this season, and we’ll be cheering them on.”
