Lucknow Super Giants captain, KL Rahul, won the toss and chose to bowl first in their IPL match against the Chennai Super Giants at the Bharat Ratna Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow on Friday.
The home side are just outside the play-off places in fifth on the log with a 3-3 record from six games but have lost their last two games heavily after batting first.
The Super Kings are in third place with four wins from their six games. A win would take them clear in second place with 10 points, two behind leaders Rajasthan Royals.
