Reports in France have claimed that United are interested in signing Real Madrid defender Ferland Mendy. According to L'Equipe, the Reds are one of three Premier League clubs that could make a move to sign the left-back this summer.

It has been claimed that United are monitoring Mendy's situation at the Santiago Bernabeu to potentially make a move in the summer. As well as United, Mendy is also said to be attracting interest from Liverpool and Arsenal who will reportedly compete with United for the defender's signature.
Elsewhere, Barcelona are reportedly willing to let Ronald Araujo leave the club this summer amid links with United. According to Spanish news outlet Sport, The La Liga giants are prepared to listen to offers for Araujo when the season draws to a close.
