Chelsea improved drastically over the last few months with three players answering a clear demand from Graeme Souness. The Blues have lost just one Premier League game in the last three months with six wins in the process helping them be in with a chance of qualifying for Europe.
After spending much of the season lingering in mid-table, Chelsea are now two points off the top six following the 5-0 win against West Ham. Nicolas Jackson (x2) Cole Palmer, Conor Gallagher and Noni Madueke were all on target in the win with Mauricio Pochettino's side keeping their third clean sheet in five league games.
Jackson's brace comes after goals against Tottenham and Everton with the Senegal international now hitting his aim of 15 for the season in all competitions. Alongside his improvements, the likes of Moises Caicedo, Noni Madueke and Conor Gallagher have stepped up in recent weeks with two of that quarter answering a clear demand from Souness.
