Olivier Giroud 'wants a dream move to Major League Soccer' this summer
AC Milan star Olivier Giroud is being contacted for a potential move to Major League Soccer or the United Arab Emirates.
Giroud's contract with the Rossoneri ends this June and it isn't clear whether or not he will stay at the San Siro going forward.
According to Football Italia's Matteo Moretto, the 37-year-old's 'dream is to move to the MLS and some American clubs have already sounded out his availability ahead of a potential free transfer over the summer'.
No specific MLS clubs have been mentioned and he hasn't been linked to any in recent days.
Moretto adds that the Frenchman has also received offers from clubs in the UAE as well.
It appears Giroud hasn't ruled out any possibilities and is interested in a move outside of Europe.
This season, Giroud is leading AC Milan in goals with 13 in 30 appearances in all competitions.
That includes 12 goals in Serie A and one in Milan's ill-fated Champions League campaign.
He moved to Milan in 2021 after three seasons with Chelsea where he scored 39 goals in 119 appearances for the Blues.
