Many consider him to be the «new Messi». Pedro Juarez, the 10-year-old Argentinian boy who has everyone at Barcelona excited, is regarded by many as one of the most promising youngsters to come out of La Masia in recent years.
'Pedrito', like Messi, left his country at a very young age and has already excelled in Barcelona's youth teams with his speed and dribbling, reminiscent of his compatriot who has won the Ballon d'Or eight times.
Pedro Juarez and his family moved to Barcelona in 2020 for work. Once settled, the native of Salta, Argentina, attracted the attention of Barcelona and Espanyol. In the end, he ended up opting for the Blaugrana.
In addition to his talent on the pitch, the youngster, born in 2014, impresses on social media in videos showing him having fun in his backyard with a football, and sometimes with a tennis ball.
