Darts legend Phil Taylor may consider crossing over into another sport following his retirement.
The Stoke-born star called time on playing professional darts in 2018, bringing an end to an illustrious career that saw him win a record 16 World Champions and a record 85 major titles.
He did return to play at the 2022 World Seniors Darts Championship, though, and has spent the past two years on the Senior Darts Tour.
However, this week, the 63-year-old announced the official finale of his career will come at the World Masters in Sunderland next November.
Taylor joined talkSPORT Breakfast to discuss his announcement and, first of all, Gabby Agbonlahor asked whether ITV's 'I'm A Celebrity' is a natural next step.
The darts legend said: «Yeah I'd love to do the jungle! It's a challenge, it's something I've never done, yeah I'd do it if they ask me to!»
Breakfast co-host Alan Brazil jokingly asked if he could still do it with his 'dodgy hip', to which Taylor replied: «I'll get it replaced!»
But it turns out 'I'm A Celeb' isn't the only post-darts career move Taylor would consider, as he teased a potential new role in another sport.
When asked by Brazil if he still supports Port Vale, Taylor said: «I am a Port Vale fan! I do look at the Stoke results and I do like them to win.
»I like all of Stoke, Crewe [Alexandra] and Vale to win, if they can. I have a little bet on each Saturday, it doesn't get paid out very often! But I am a Port Vale fan, yeah, I was only about half a mile from the ground as a boy.
«My dad was a fan, he used to take me down in them days, lift me over the turnstile because we couldn't afford pay and then I carried on as being a fan of them, yeah!»
