After an extended run in first-team training of late and named as 21st man for the recent North London Derby against Arsenal, the 16-year-old was included in the matchday squad last Thursday for the 2-0 defeat at Chelsea.
Given a brilliant reception by the fans when he went to warm up as they chanted his name, the Southwark-born player unfortunately didn't get any pitch times despite the team's struggles at Stamford Bridge. It was very much the case for him once again on Sunday as he was an unused substitute in the 4-2 loss at Liverpool.
