The Premier League has confirmed major changes to how Champions League places will be awarded next season.
Traditionally, the English top flight has had four teams competing in the continental tournament.
However, next season could see up to five teams qualify for the European elite competition due to big changes made by UEFA.
According to Daily Star, UEFA has scrapped the traditional four-team group system by bringing in one huge league of 36 teams.
The new system will see four more places included to the 32 that have previously been allowed to compete.
