Newcastle travel to France on Tuesday evening to take on Paris Saint-Germain in a crucial Champions League clash, live on talkSPORT.

However, Eddie Howe’s side have lost their following two games and they are now in desperate need of points to keep their qualification hopes alive.
Borussia Dortmund are top of Group F while PSG sit second and Newcastle, who have four points to their name, could see a top two spot move further away from them should they lose again. They are currently three points off Dortmund and two off PSG.
However, if they manage to complete the double over the French champions, it will hugely boost their chances of reaching the last-16 by moving them off the bottom of the table.
Completing the double against PSG won’t be an easy task though, as it’s a feat no team has managed to pull off since 2004.
CSKA Moscow were the last team to do so during a Champions League group stage 19 years ago, winning 2-0 at home in their first meeting.
They then came away from the Parc des Princes with three points thanks to a Sergei Semak hat-trick in a 3-1 victory.
Newcastle will be aiming to repeat the Russian side’s achievement this week and they’ll head into the game with high morale after easily beating Chelsea last weekend.
Their 4-1 thrashing of Mauricio Pochettino’s side will propel them into their huge European clash and maybe they’ll be able to pull off another memorable result.
PSG have a lengthy injury list heading into this clash.
The French giants will be without Presnel Kimpembe, Danilo Pereira, Marquinhos, Nuno Mendes, Marco Asensio and Warren Zaire-Emery.
