The Romania international joined Spurs in the January transfer window after impressing during his time with Serie A club Genoa.
Dragusin spent the 2022-23 campaign on loan at Genoa from Juventus, before he joined Alberto Gilardino's side on a permanent basis last summer.
The 22-year-old started all 19 of Genoa's Serie A matches in the first half of the game, but he has been unable to enjoy a similar run of games since arriving in North London.
Prior to Sunday's clash with Liverpool, Dragusin has featured in just six Premier League matches, with four of those appearances coming as a substitute.

With Dragusin struggling for regular minutes, his agent, Florin Manea, has indicated he could leave if the situation does not improve in the future.
Manea told Radio CRC: «If he doesn't play we'll have to think of other solutions but, at the moment, I don't think so because he only arrived in January.
