But he has revealed to Eastern Daily Press ahead of their match with Coventry City that 'things were progressing in a positive direction' with regards Cantwell's pending exit. Fabrizio Romano has since reported that 'Rangers and Norwich are now signing contracts for Todd Cantwell deal' and it's a 'done' transfer that could be wrapped up in 48 hours.
