Real Madrid will be keen to move another inch closer to the La Liga title this Saturday when they travel to Mallorca.
The Spanish giants are eight points clear of second-placed Barcelona, but with another Clasico meeting to come this season, Carlo Ancelotti's side will be eager to keep their fierce rivals at arm's length.
However, while three points on Saturday would be welcomed, Ancelotti is still likely to rotate his starting lineup with a view to the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Manchester City next Wednesday. How many starters the Italian rests remains to be seen.
Here's how Real Madrid could line up against Mallorca this weekend.
GK: Andriy Lunin - The Ukrainian has established himself as Madrid's number one during Thibaut Courtois' absence, although he didn't cover himself in glory for Bernardo Silva's effort during the 3-3 draw with Man City midweek.
RB: Lucas Vazquez — The former winger is now commonly used at right-back and may be handed another start on Saturday so the 32-year-old Dani Carvajal to have a rest.
CB: Eder Militao — The Brazilian hasn't started a match since tearing his ACL on the opening day of the season but could be eased back into action against Mallorca having been on the bench in the last few games.
CB: Nacho — With David Alaba injured and Antonio Rudiger potentially given a day off, the experienced Spaniard should feature against Mallorca. He's always dependable for the capital side.
LB: Fran Garcia — The youngster was so impressive with Rayo Vallecano last season but has struggled to make a significant impact since returning for Madrid. He could have the chance to show Ancelotti his quality on Saturday.
CM: Luka Modric - The maestro is very much a bit-part player for Madrid
