The club, who were recently greeted by injuries to both Dani Ceballos and Ferland Mendy got what was their worst injury news of the season so far when its medical staff announced goalkeeperThibaut Courtois had suffered damage to his Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
It now appears as though the Spanish giants cannot catch a break from these injuries as it announced after Courtois's injury that youngster and football sensation Arda Guler will have to go under the knife to recover from his injury.

Ancelotti on Guler’s injuryThe Real Madrid gaffer had initially downplayed the injury suffered by the 18-year-old. As quoted by Managing Madridthe Italian manager said:
