Chelsea transfer news: The latest on Romelu Lukaku's exit from Stamford Bridge after Inter make the first move for a permanent move and Juventus queue up with Al-Hilal.
Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku won't be returning to Inter Milan in the summer transfer window. The Blues are looking to sell their second most expensive player of all time for a second time after he was not included in the squad that will fly to America for their pre-season tour.
