Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder singled Arsenal star Bukayo Saka out for praise after seeing his side suffering a 6-0 defeat at the hands of the Premier League title chasers.
The Blades were blown away by Arsenal on Monday night, with the Gunners crusing to a 5-0 lead in 40 minutes.
Saka was influential for the visitors at Bramall Lane, with the England international's low cross forcing Jayden Bogle's own goal in the 13th minute to double Arsenal's lead.
The 22-year-old escaped down the right of the Blades penalty area in the 39th minute, before teeing up Declan Rice to add Arsenal's fifth of the match.
Wilder admitted Saka 'took us to pieces' in the first half and praised Arsenal's 'outstanding' play around the box, but admitted his side had made it too easy for the Gunners.
‘Arsenal were outstanding, we didn't track runners and made it pretty easy for them to open us up,’ Wilder told the BBC.
‘They cut us wide open, they are doing that to a lot of teams.
‘I'm not saying that makes us feel better because that is another long night for this club.
‘Saka took us to pieces down that side. You have to try to stem the tide, especially when they are in full flow.
‘When they get five at the top of the pitch, they find that pass and movement - then it is difficult to stop.
‘We didn't have an answer to anything they had, the result is what the result is and we have to live with it.’
Saka was withdrawn at half-time by Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, who revealed post-match that the winger was ill despite his impressive display.
Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Martinelli, Kai Havertz, Rice and Ben White were among the scorers for the Gunners in the 6-0 demolition.
