Sir Jim Ratcliffe's shake-up at Manchester United on and off the pitch is set to continue in the coming weeks following reports a major overhaul off-the-pitch has been approved.
The INEOS founder completed his £1.25billion investment deal, subject to Premier League ratification, on Christmas Eve. Despite the process continuing, the 71-year-old has already made an immediate impact after assuming the lead of football operations at Old Trafford.
Sir Dave Brailsford and Jean-Claude Blanc will represent the INEOS Group on the United board while Omar Berrada is set to become the new chief executive - replacing Richard Arnold - after resigning from his role at Manchester City.

Ratcliffe is wasting no time in continuing the reshuffle at United following reports he has approved a shake-up of the medical department. According to The Mirror, new club doctor Gary O'Driscoll - who joined from Arsenal earlier this season - has overseen a full-scale review of the department which has led to a physio departing.
More changes are expected to follow following a series of injuries and setbacks for United's players. Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw have been out for the majority of this season with Casemiro and Raphael Varane suffering from setbacks themselves.
It is said that Ratcliffe is backing the changes in the medical department alongside Brailsford. Head coach Erik ten Hag is said to have been consulted and is keen on giving his players the best possible support when injured.
