A local fashion brand is putting the Soweto rivalry to bed, as they look to have created a common ground for the likes of Mfundo Vilakazi, Relebohile Mofokeng, Mduduzi Shabalala, and Thabiso Sesane. Here's a look!
The story
It appears that there's a local brand that has managed to successfully put some of the best young talent of Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs under one umbrella.
While you would never expect some of aforementioned players to collaborate given their strong opposing allegiances, unless in national team setups, local clothing brand STAFSETU has successfully managed to get that done.

By the looks of things, the label certainly appeals to the younger market given the names they have used to promote their apparel.
While we have no confirmation whether who owns the brand, there are some suggestions that Sekhukhune United captain and former Bucs star Linda Mntambo may have some involvement as well.

From a marketing perspective, the collaboration is pure gold at this moment given how these players have shot to fame in recent season, particularly this season for Vilakazi and Mofokeng.

The latter also seems like a real candidate for best young player of the season, as the 19-year-old has already registered 29 appearances in all competitions under Jose Riveiro.
Coupled with his three goals and four assists, Mofokeng has already received shouts for Bafana Bafana and one would anticpate that a call-up may come sooner rather than later if he keeps up his mesmerizing performances in the Ezimnyama Ngenkani shirt.
