However, they bounced back fantastically to humiliate Switzerland 5-1 in the Round of 16, before a 2-1 extra time win over the Netherlands saw them face Sweden in the semi-finals. It took them until the 81st minute to break the deadlock before a late equaliser saw them need a 90th minute winner to book their place in the final.

The game will kick off at 11:00 for UK viewers on Sunday, August 20 (20:00 local time) while it takes place at 6:00 EST, 5:00 CST, 4:00 MST and 3:00 PST for American audiences. It is being played at Stadium Australia (the Accor Stadium) which will hold 82,500 supporters.
