When could City become champions?
As things stand, City can win the Premier League title with three wins in the three remaining matches of the season, which would therefore see them become champions on the final day of the season. However, they could be champions as early as Tuesday (May 14) evening if results go their way. Currently on 82 points, City could attain 88 points by Tuesday evening if they beat both Fulham and Spurs in their next two matches.
A defeat for Arsenal against Manchester United at Old Trafford could see them reach only a maximum of 86 points before the final weekend. Therefore, City will be crowned champions on Tuesday if they win both their next two matches and Arsenal lose at Old Trafford.

Even a draw for Arsenal against United will see City crowned champions on Tuesday if they beat Ange Postecoglou’s side.
