When does the summer transfer window close? Key date for Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham deals
Following weeks of speculation and multi-million pound deals, the summer transfer window will slam shut later this week.
The Premier League has spent a record £1.95billion on players this season, with that figure looking likely to exceed the £2billion mark by the time the window closes.
Two players have cost more than £100million each, with Declan Rice joining Arsenal and Moises Caicedo signing for Chelsea. All three London clubs have been busy overhauling their squad, with Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham bringing the likes of James Maddison and Micky van de Ven.
The rest of the Premier League have played their part, also. Treble-winners Manchester City have signed Josko Gvardiol. Jeremy Doku and Mateo Kovacic, with Manchester United bringing in Andre Onana, Mason Mount and Rasmus Hojlund.
There is now only days left for clubs to complete their transfer business this summer. The window will shut at 11pm on Friday September 1, with Europe's top five leagues also seeing their window close at the same time.
Arsenal and Chelsea will be hoping to raise some funds through player sales, with the possibility of potential future incomings still on the cards. Spurs are yet to replace Harry Kane following his blockbuster move to Bayern Munich and we could yet see a new No.9 move to north London.

Elsewhere, the futures of Kylian Mbappe, Dusan Vlahovic, Aurelien Tchouameni, Lisandro Martinez, Randal Kolo Muani and Benjamin Pavard are all still yet to be resolved. We could still see further mega-money deals between now and Friday.
