It’s been almost a quarter of a century since the Heavyweight division was unified, and after a battle with an MMA star, albeit a rather brutal one, we finally get to see Tyson Fury go head-to-head with one of the best in the business, Oleksandr Usyk.
The Ukrainian has been a dominant force over the last few years, securing a string of titles against Anthony Joshua, while also doing a spell on the front line in his homeland!

Despite a targeted date of December 23, Fury won’t be rushed back after his controversial win against Francis Ngannou, with a date of Saturday February 17, 2024 now confirmed for this huge heavyweight clash.
The fight will take place in Riyadh’s Kingdom Arena in Saudi Arabia, with the same sort of grand spectacle expected as Fury’s bout with the MMA star last time out.
Times are yet to be confirmed ahead of the fight, but you can probably expect a ring walk at around 10.30pm UK time.
It’s the biggest fight in boxing, so while not confirmed, you can almost certainly expect the fight to be pay per view. That will be on TNT Sports due to Fury and promotor Frank Warren’s deal with the channel.
Fury’s fight against Ngannou cost £21.95 on the TNT Sports Box Office, however, you can likely expect it to be a little higher than that. Further details will be released closer to the time.
In the USA, the fight will be live on ESPN due to Fury’s huge deal with the network.
With the fight having only recently been announced, a full undercard will be announced in due course.
