Xabi Alonso’s Leverkusen have won German league title after beating Werder Bremen.
Goals from Victor Boniface, Granit Xhaka and a Florian Wirtz hat-trick have given Bayer Leverkusen a win over Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga, confirming Xabi Alonso’s side as league champions.
