Ben White: Continued in the right-back position and did well despite having unfamiliar players centrally and in front of him. Unlucky to be booked for time wasting. 6.
Takehiro Tomiyasu: Showed his versatility with an impressive 90 minutes at centre-half. A great block to stop Janelt scoring, and some good intensity to win the ball high up the pitch. Looking more confident as gets more time on the pitch. 7.
Gabriel: Marshalled the backline well as Arsenal came under regular attack in the second half. Continues to show why he's such an asset to the squad with yet another solid display. 6.
Jakub Kiwior: Showed good versatility, starting the game at left-back and ending it at right centre-back. Not particularly adventurous offensively when at full-back. Looked far more comfortable when doing his defensive work. A sublime goal-line clearance late on was his highlight. 7.
Jorginho: After Sunday's mistake this felt like a big game for the Italian. With the captain's armband on he largely led well. Some good passing and at the base of the midfield and far more composed on the ball this time. 6.
