David Raya set to join
Arsenal are set to sign goalkeeper David Raya on an initial season-long loan with an option to make the move permanent, football.london understands.
The deal is set to be an initial loan with a £3m fee. This deal then includes a £27million option to buy for Arsenal if all parties find the move agreeable rather than an obligation.
Raya has just 12 months remaining on his contract with Brentford but to preserve his value, the Spaniard will extend his contract at the G-Tech Community Stadium before completing his move to Arsenal.
Fourth summer exit close
Marquinhos is set to join Nantes for the 2023/24 season football.london understands.
The Brazilian signed for Arsenal from Sao Paolo for an initial £3million deal last summer, and impressed in the early stages, scoring and assisting on his competitive debut against FC Zurich in the Europa League. After, though, he began to struggle for minutes and was loaned out to Norwich for the second half of the season where he made 11 appearances, scoring once and managing one assist.
He is now expected to join Nantes for the coming season. The deal is thought to be a straight loan with no option to buy included within.
Turner joins Forest
Nottingham Forest have confirmed the signing of Matt Turner from Arsenal. football.london understands that the fee is worth up to £10million including add ons.
Turner joined Arsenal from the New England Revolution for a fee of around £5million last summer. The USMNT number one went on to make seven appearances for the Gunners, keeping five clean sheets. He failed to make
