Al-Ittihad president holds Gabriel Magalhaes transfer meeting in London
Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad are pursuing a deal to sign Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes. The Brazilian has been left out of the Gunners' starting XI for both matches so far this season and is facing an uncertain future at the Emirates Stadium.
The President of Al-Ittihad, Anmar Al-Haili, met with Gabriel in London on Monday as negotiations between the clubs and the player are proceeding positively to sign the Brazilian, as per reports. It comes after the Daily Mail stated Real Madrid are also interested in signing the Gunners star following Eder Militao's serious knee injury.
The report adds that Gabriel is happy at Arsenal and is committed to helping Arteta's side challenge for the Premier League title once again this season.
