The agent of Jorginho has admitted the Arsenal midfielder could leave the club at the end of the season to secure a return to Italy.
Jorginho is out of contract at the end of the current season and talks over a new deal are believed to have been put on hold until the end of the campaign.
The 32-year-old joined the Gunners from Chelsea in January of last year and has proven to be a useful option for Mikel Arteta, particularly due to Thomas Partey's prolonged absence due to injury.
