UEFA have confirmed when the Champions League quarter-final ties will take place following the draw in Nyon, Switzerland, on Friday morning. The date of the final at Wembley Stadium in London has also been revealed, with the semi-final dates to be unveiled on April 18.
Arsenal will welcome Bayern Munich to the Emirates Stadium for their quarter-final first leg on Tuesday April 9. The same evening, Real Madrid shall lock horns with Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Then, on Wednesday April 10, Atletico Madrid face Borussia Dortmund at the Civitas Metropolitan Stadium and Paris Saint-Germain come up against Barcelona at Les Parc des Princes. A week later on Tuesday April 16, the quarter-final return leg will kick off, with Dortmund hosting Diego Simeone's side.
The same evening, Barcelona will welcome the Parisians to Camp Nou. Then, on Wednesday April 17, Bayern take on the Gunners at the Allianz Arena while the reigning champions face Los Blancos at the Etihad Stadium.
Every quarter-final tie will kick off at 8pm GMT (9pm CET). As aforementioned, the semi-final dates will not be revealed until the quarterfinal has concluded. The final, however, will be hosted at Wembley on Saturday June 1.
Speaking to reporters following Arsenal's triumphant win over Porto at the Emirates Stadium, Mikel Arteta was asked what impact the victory will have on his side for the remainder of the tournament.
