Mauricio Pochettino was dealt a huge injury scare towards the end of Chelsea's clash against Brighton in the Carabao Cup. Nicolas Jackson booked the Blues a place in the fourth round with a confident strike past Bart Verbruggen, ending his four-game goal drought.
However, while the west Londoners may have turned a new page following a poor start to the season, Ben Chilwell was forced from play in the final minutes of the tie. After colliding with Billy Gilmour, the England international required on-field medical treatment before making his way off the pitch.
While the severity of Chilwell's apparent knock remains to be seen, he managed to walk himself off and around the pitch before making his way to dugout. So, with that being said, football.london has rounded up all the Chelsea injury news from Stamford Bridge.
Noni Madueke was not named in the matchday squad for the Blues' midweek clash against Brighton. He picked up a knock during international duty but the issue doesn't seem serious, with the winger taking part in training at Cobham on Monday.
What Pochettino has said: "It's about choice."
