Here is your Chelsea transfer roundup on Saturday, August 6.
Santos bid
According to Brazilian publication Globo Esporte, Chelsea have made an offer to Santos for Deivid Washington. The report states that the west Londoners are prepared to spend €15million (£13million), including €5million (£4.3million) in add-ons, for the 18-year-old talisman.
Globo Esporte add that Santos are 'studying' for now, although they'd prepare a fee closer to Washington's €30million (£25.9million) release clause. It's said that it's 'possible' that Chelsea's bid will be accepted, but Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund are also keen on the wonderkid.
The Blues signed Angelo Gabriel from Santos earlier this summer as part of a similar deal, and the winger certainly caught the eye in pre-season. Washington has featured 16 times for the Brazilian giants this season, scoring two goals.
Vlahovic update
Massimiliano Allegri has spoken about Dusan Vlahovic amid reports of a possible move to Chelsea. Despite being heavily linked with a move to west London, the Juventus boss turned to the Serbian during a pre-season friendly against Real Madrid in Orlando on Thursday night.
Vlahovic came on with just under 15 minutes to play and Allegri was quizzed about the number nine in his post-match interview. Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, as quoted by the Evening Standard, Allegri said: «I'm very happy for him. Before the match we decided together that he would come off the bench and play for 15 minutes.
»Dusan wasn't very convinced, however it was useful. Vlahovic played well, aside from the goal he played well technically and helped the team."
